How to start with Castdi

Castdi supports three ways of working: as talent, as a business, or through an agency workspace. Start with the path that matches the work you need to complete today. You can add another capability later and change your active context with View as.

Start as talent

Complete your profile before submitting proposals so businesses can review relevant experience and media.

1. Complete onboarding and your portfolio profile.
2. Add professional experience under credits.
3. Open Casting to browse and apply.
4. Track responses under Proposals & bookings.

Start as a business

Create a business team before publishing a casting call. The team owns the casting workflow and provides the context for collaborators.

1. Set up a business team.
2. Create your casting call with roles, requirements, and schedule details.
3. Review submissions in the applicant pipeline.
4. Send booking requests to the talent you select.

Start as an agency

An agency workspace lets owners and staff manage roster talent and submit proposals on their behalf. Agencies browse casting calls but do not create them.

1. Create an agency workspace.
2. Invite agency staff and roster talent.
3. Switch View as → Agency.
4. Open Casting, choose the roster talent you represent, and submit a proposal.
